Brunch goers can hop off the Atlanta BeltLine to enjoy acclaimed Executive Chef Michael Bertozzi’s fiery, brunch creations including his signature Salmon Chips, Brisket Hash, Crispy Chicken Biscuit, Pimento Cheese BLT. TWO urban licks recently renovated their patio and diners can take in the last unofficial day of summer while sipping on an array of brunch cocktails including the Bloody Maria, Michelada, Mimosa, Peach Bellini and more in wine and craft menu offerings. If you are a Barbeque and music lover, Park Tavern is the place to be this Labor Day! Park Tavern is excited to host the return of WRFG Atlanta 89.3’s annual Labor Day Blues & Barbecue with Alligator Records recording artist, Selwyn Birchwood, a contemporary blues fireball with preacher’s fervor and a natural storyteller’s charisma. Featuring a nonstop day of fun from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m., blues aficionados are also invited to move to the melodies of one of the best-known trombonists in blues, Lil Joe Burton, along with gifted guitarist and drummer, Larry Griffith, singer songwriter Bill Sheffield featuring drummer Sandra Sent, and Eddie 9V led by Brooks Mason. Head to Historic Fourth Ward Park during Labor Day weekend to celebrate mindfulness, natural food and healthy living. The festival includes a vegan food truck village, over 50 vendors, music and a kid zone. Live your best life and experience the positive energy of the environment. The event kicks off with a 9:00 a.m. yoga in the park and jammed pack fun activities until 6:00 p.m. There will be a kid’s zone all day and festival music playing throughout the day as well.

Take the family to a Braves game at Suntrust park! The braves will be playing all weekend, so if you can’t make it on a specific day there will be one the next. The first game against the White Sox on Friday through Sunday and against the Blue Jays on Monday. Friday night features fireworks that the family will love and a Freddie Freeman Funko Pop figurine giveaway.
